In our residence, we provide various programs for residency that provides continues survival and life skills training. Our goal is to provide the best quality of life to our residents and their families as they go through this part of their journey..

End of Life Care

We provide patients who are at the end of life with holistic care, including pain and symptom management, emotional, psychological, and spiritual care. View our residence page to learn more about our amenities.

The Residence

Pain & Symptom Management

Patients with palliative illnesses are admitted to our residence if they are having challenges with symptom management at home. Our clinical staff will work with them to provide solutions and strategies to their symptom issues so they can be as comfortable as possible when they return home.

Admissions & Referrals

Caregiver Relief

Allows caregivers of palliative clients to take a week for themselves to rest and relieve burnout while knowing their loved one is being well cared for at our residence.

Caregiver Support

Our Team:

Our care team includes a Nursing Manager, Palliative Care Physicians, and Nurses and PSW’s who are here for you 24 hours a day. The care team also includes social workers and counsellors who are here to support you. The team develops an individualized care plan that meets your personal goals of care, values, and wishes ensuring you receive compassionate and quality care. Our residents and their families are further supported by trained volunteers. The home-like atmosphere of the residence provides a safe, comforting and relaxing environment for the resident and guests.

Family members and residents are encouraged to connect with and call upon our support staff members.
