THE RESIDENCE
Patients with palliative illnesses are admitted to our residence if they are having challenges with symptom management at home. Our clinical staff will work with them to provide solutions and strategies to their symptom issues so they can be as comfortable as possible when they return home.
ADMISSION & REFERRALS
Allows caregivers of palliative clients to take a week for themselves to rest and relieve burnout while knowing their loved one is being well cared for at our residence.
CAREGIVER SUPPORTOur dedicated care team provides more than medical support—they create a warm, home-like environment where residents and families feel safe, comforted, and valued. Composed of physicians, nurses, personal support workers, social workers, and counsellors, the team works together to design individualized care plans guided by compassion and respect. Beyond professional expertise, they bring understanding hearts that make the residence feel like a true “home away from home,” where families can share meaningful time together with peace of mind.
